All orders are shipped prepaid directly from manufacturers throughout the United States. The method of shipping is generally either United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedX) and varies by manufacturer. You may provide your UPS or FedX account number to have the shipping charges billed directly to your account!
Shipping to more than one location will incur a drop-ship charge in addition to the actual shipping charges!
UPS or FedX tracking numbers are available upon request!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders in process will be charged for materials used or a minimum of $50.00.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

RETURN POLICY
Promotional items are imprinted with your information and cannot be used by anyone else. Therefore, all items are non-returnable except for defects in workmanship. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
When returning merchandise - please follow these steps:
- Call for RMA number;
- Repack item(s) with the original packing materials whenever possible;
